As dynamic and creative senior-level corporate executives and entrepreneurs with more than 40 years of combined talent and experience, Sherry and Bob Hartnett have a passion for sharing their knowledge and expertise to successfully empower organizations, and their people, to grow and develop. Over the years we have guided teams in many for-profit and not-for-profit industries to successful results and numerous awards.

 

We founded High-Impact Mentoring in Pensacola, Florida, in 2021 because there has never been a better time to take your leadership and organization to a whole new level through mentoring.

As a complement to Sherry's and Bert Thornton's book High-Impact Mentoring: A Practical Guide to Creating Value in Other People's Lives, the High-Impact Mentoring online course leads you through the process of implementing a mentoring program at your business or organization.
